Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal-use and hygiene nature of our tanning and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, used, tested or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, unless the product is faulty. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind returns

For online orders, you may cancel and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must remain unopened, unused and sealed, with the original packaging intact and in a resaleable condition.

Before returning anything, email darkenvytanning@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days. We do not accept returns sent without prior notice.

You are responsible for the return postage cost for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. Any additional amount paid for express delivery above our standard delivery charge is not refundable.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please email darkenvytanning@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy. Where a return is required because an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Where legally required, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.
